The first time they came was for a contract job through Home Depot to replace our ancient water heater. It was surprisingly fast, and still professionally done. A few months later, I tried to get a skirted toilet installed, and Home Depot said the contractor didn't install skirted toilets. I called Snake n' Rooter directly, and they installed the skirted toilet I wanted! Again, fast, impeccable service at a reasonable price!

After a couple of problems on the installation of a sink faucet, the problems were corrected and addressed the next day, in a reasonable and expedited manner. We all make mistakes and when people and companies own up to those mistakes. It sets them apart in a positive way.
